Your Pause Community
Keep going together. At your pace.
Your Pause Group: four to six adults with a similar goal. Optional, pseudonymous and without private direct messages.
DeutschHow group sharing works
- Be respectful and nonjudgmental. No explicit descriptions, advertising, contact details or other people's personal information.
- All free text is reviewed by a human before publication. There is no AI filter or guaranteed response time yet. Check-ins without text appear immediately.
- Members see aliases and approved posts. The operator can connect posts to your account. Screenshots or copies by other members cannot be prevented.
- Not therapy or a crisis service. For immediate danger, call 112 in the EU or your local emergency number.
- The program works without the community. You can delete your posts or leave. Leaving deletes your community membership, posts and reports. We cannot recall copies others have already made.
