The self-check, the 60-second immediate-help exercise and START with seven lessons are free. PornLess Plus unlocks RESET and CHANGE and the additional features described for each program. Content may be developed clinically and technically without reducing its essential benefit.
3. Health notice
PornLess is a digital self-help service for adults. It does not diagnose, provide medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, or replace professional help. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
4. Membership and price
PornLess Plus costs €9.90 per month, including applicable VAT. The first seven days are free. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the paid monthly membership begins. It renews for one month at a time until cancelled.
5. Payment and activation
Payments are processed by Stripe. PornLess does not store full card or bank-account details. To activate access, the account email must match the payment allocation. Technical delays may require a brief manual review.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period using the Cancel membership page. You retain access until the end of paid periods; statutory refund and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and a model form are provided at checkout or in the contract confirmation. Where a user expressly requests that the digital service begin before the withdrawal period ends, the statutory rules on commencement and possible loss of the right of withdrawal apply.
8. Accounts and permitted use
Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Users must be at least 18 years old. Attempts to manipulate safeguards, payments, access activation or other people’s accounts are prohibited.
9. Availability and liability
We strive to provide reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and harm to life, body or health is governed by applicable law. Statutory liability rules otherwise apply.
10. Optional Pause Community
The community is an optional feature for adults with an active Plus membership. It is included with RESET and CHANGE; START and immediate self-help remain available without the community. Matching uses the selected language and goal. Pilot groups start with four suitable participants and have up to six places; waiting times are possible. Once Plus access expires, group reading and writing are unavailable. You can still leave to delete community data; leaving does not cancel your subscription.
Free-text posts are reviewed by a human before publication. Check-ins without free text may appear immediately. There is no guaranteed moderation or response time, no AI filter in the pilot and no round-the-clock or crisis care. Shaming, threats, explicit depictions, advertising, contact details and sharing other people’s personal information are prohibited. Posts that break the rules may be withheld or rejected. Reported posts are hidden until reviewed again. You can send complaints about decisions using the email contact in the legal notice.
Groups have restricted access and use pseudonyms; they are not fully anonymous. Members must not share other members’ posts outside the group. Copies or screenshots cannot be technically prevented. Private direct messages are not offered.
